United against racism and discrimination

As in previous years, volunteers and full-time employees of Yekmal e.V. in Essen will come together in 2024 for a three-day multiplier training course. While in a previous training course we mainly dealt with the experiences and perspectives of children and adults affected by racism, this year's training course will focus on the topic of solidarity and collective action strategies against racism and discrimination. How can we as an association take action against racism and discrimination in our specific social environment and network effectively with other actors in anti-discrimination work, be it counseling and specialist centers, educational institutions, etc.?
