The project “Together we are strong!” is an offer of open child and youth work with a focus on participation and self-empowerment. It is aimed specifically at all children and young people from Neukölln/Berlin and in particular those with a history of flight and migration who are affected by various forms of discrimination.
At the Mainzerstr. 26/ Boddinplatz location, children and young people have access to a neighborhood-oriented, low-threshold participation and empowerment structure.
Here they find a safe space in which they can express themselves freely, make social contacts, implement creative ideas, participate in supportive leisure activities and develop personally. The project works closely with the contact point against violence and discrimination.
